About the 2016 Evening of Hope

The Evening of Hope is an annual fundraising event that brings together lung cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, stakeholders and those in the community to celebrate the advances made in the fight against lung cancer! This year will mark the 6th Evening of Hope and it will be held at 6pm to 9pm on Thursday, November 17 at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel in downtown Toronto.  It is a chance to come together to raise hope, funds and awareness for Lung Cancer Canada. The evening includes a buffet dinner, silent auction, Tree of Hope, the Wall of Wine, raffles, musical performances and much more! You can purchase tickets at EoHTix. About the 2016 Lung Cancer Patient Summit

The first-ever Lung Cancer Patient Summit is a one-day conference that will be held at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel in downtown Toronto at 8 am to 4 pm on Friday, November 18. The LCPS is FREE to attend and will feature educational sessions, inspirational speakers and the opportunity to connect with people from across the country who have had a lung cancer diagnosis. The Lung Cancer Patient Summit is a unique, national conference that will educate, empower and create a community of support for lung cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.

If you are a lung cancer patient, you may qualify for a travel grant.  Lung Cancer Canada is offering a limited number of travel grants to those who may need help traveling to Toronto to attend the LCPS. Those wishing to attend the LCPS must register first and then apply for the travel grant.
