Lung Cancer Awareness Month Globally

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! NOVEMBER IS LUNG CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

It is the goal of Lung Cancer Canada to raise awareness of the importance of early diagnosis, improved treatment options and more research for lung cancer.

Through organized events across Canada, volunteers help to raise awareness about the importance of Lung Cancer and the need for more research.

Become a LCC ambassador and connect with your local hospital oncology social worker or Patient Educator to ensure LCC newsletters and info sheets are available to patients.

You can connect with Lung Cancer Canada to host a lung cancer awareness display at a local hospital, library, school or shopping centre during November-Lung Cancer Awareness Month.

Here's how you can participate!

  • Make your voice heard by the media.
  • Set up table(s) in your local hospital/medical centre/clinic and distribute Lung Cancer Canada information material
