Alberta Changes 2nd COVID-19 Vaccine Dose Guidelines

Alberta has approved a 21 or 28 day, as per manufacturers guidelines, interval between the first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine for cancer patients on active treatment including chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and immunotherapy.

If you live in Alberta, call 811 for an evaluation of your eligibility and to book your appointment. Do not call a pharmacy or use the AHS online booking tool.
