Global Lung Cancer Coalition Patient Experience Survey

We are looking for lung cancer patients who would be willing to complete a short online survey to tell us about their experiences of care. We are part of the Global Lung Cancer Coalition – an alliance of patient groups across the world campaigning to improve lung cancer research, treatment and care. The survey is being run in 16 countries and aims to understand the similarities and differences between what patients here in Canada feel, compared to others around the world.

We recognise that COVID-19 has impacted healthcare systems around the world, and are keen to understand how the pandemic has impacted the care you receive for your lung cancer. We’ll be asking about your experiences in contacting your treatment team over the last year and if the pandemic has impacted your physical and mental health. In addition, we’ll be asking more general questions around, your diagnosis, how it has affected you emotionally, and how you’d like to receive information on lung cancer.

The survey should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete and your answers will be anonymous. We very much appreciate your time and your insights, which will help us in our campaigning efforts to improve lung cancer treatment and care for patients around the world. Thank you.
